I remember when we were about to sign Rodri he couldn't wait to point out that he doesn't score many goals. He said something like Rodri is unlikely to offer much of a goal threat and we shouldn't get our hopes up. Who focuses on goal scoring when talking about a defensive midfielder? He just loves to put a downer on anything to do with City.

Makes it even sweeter that he scored the equalizer in the comeback against Villa and the winner in the CL final.
