I don't think Tixiki and co can be too upset over Liepzig's stance. Given it is pretty much exactly our typical stance. I.e won't stand in the player's way, if you pay the valuation. And it has been pretty consistent or at least the reported claims. Unlike napoli, brighton, spurs etc who shift the goalposts.
No player is 'worth' that amount of money, but given the value and timing of his release clause, the current market, and what he is worth to them, I have no issue with the price placed on this.
