All we know is that a deal is agreed. There’s several stages. Fabrizio was backed up by the Leipzig journo who first broke the story. So either you can relax or stay panicked about all of it.

I think he was always going to go, imo. Could be the case where the delay is on our end sorting the exits and other deals. Because Leipzig have sorted their end and are more or less ready for the new season without Gvardiol. I don’t think him being a part of the squad or travelling for pre season is any indication of there being no deal or no agreement per se. I believe if the agreement had been reached, that means he is sold and doesn’t act like still part of the squad the next day. He could have a medical anywhere in the world but I don’t see why he would go to Italy with the team for that instead of following our instructions. To me, it doesn’t seem like standard procedure.
