Has it been reported by anyone reliable what the “minor details” and “loose ends” that are still being tied up? Like the majority here, I expect this to be sorted out, but I’ve lost track with where we are at in terms of “final details being sorted”

• Waiting on Leipzig to replace Gvardiol?(presumably Lukeba)
• Needing to increase our bid? (€90mil on first, Leipzig expecting €100mil)
• Having the Add-Ons be “too hard to accomplish”?
• Leipzig wanting higher upfront payment terms?
