Not Exactly. They are just clueless. Remember what ADL said and did, when we pursued Cavani...? If we target Higuain this time he would want at least 70m. And if we want Pjanic or Nainggolan they would want 30m and 45m respectively. We also seeing what Roma offering for Dzeko. It's their principle "Sell Extremely high, buy cheap."
