I think he's wank.

The definition of a Spurs player - all tricks and no brain which probably look great in a highlight video but when stood next to someone like Sergio Aguero makes him looks like a dick. Aguero can do everything that this lad can do but chooses not to because he's better than him and understands that showing off is less important than scoring goals.

This lad has always comes across to me as one of those super-insecure players who wants everybody to love them and tell them how great they are.
I know where you are coming from but slightly harsh. He suffered from never getting that run of games in order to establish himself in a certain position within the side, consequently he always felt the need to impress and over did it on the fancy stuff.

Seen enough of him over the years to know there is a top drawer player in there.

I wouldn't describe Jovetic as harshly as how Damocles has put it but he is a confidence player. We haven't got the best out of the player and he isn't going to reach the heights for the rest of his career but still he can be a very effective player.

Probably true, but at 25 we should probably be looking at somebody who doesn't need that type of extra maturity. I think unfortunately for him we're looking at a could-have-been-great and still think that his level is Spurs rather than City.

If Juve have been attracted by the obvious talent hidden behind the mental stuff then we should tie a big bow around him and present him to them as part of any Pogba deal.

players like Aguero are rare though, that's why they hang around whilst the likes of Balotelli/Dzeko/Negredo/Tevez don't. Jovetic is no different to them other than he was a lot more injury prone and thus never got a really proper run. It's what makes Kun world class, not a stick to beat JoJo with imo, though I see the point about him being a confidence player, but we've only had one striker since the takeover whose marched on whatever's thrown in his way. He's a rare breed, the exception rather than the rule.
