I feel like players are winding their contracts down more often for that payout, the player makes more, and the buying club spend less. Puts the selling club at risk, but that's not our problem.

I’d say thank fuck United didn’t get him when it was supposedly between them and Dortmund but I doubt he would’ve progressed as much over there as he has now.

Performance wise it wasn't that impressive imo. To be 17 and not look out of place however shows that he's already a decent player. Think the praise is getting a bit over the top though. If he keeps on getting minutes he'll surely end up as a very good player.
