He certaonly is the week link in our team. If he gets injured then we could have issues. As Yaya is finished, Delph or Danilo would probably have to fill in.
we're most vulnerable if Dinho gets injured, he's not the "weak link".

Of course it's ideal. Yes skill comes first but enough pace is vital.It's a bonus if he's fast don't get me wrong but it's not ideal to have fast defensive midfielders.

Ideal wasn't the best word to use (my fault), but like @Cityfan said it's not essential to have fast defensive midfielders. Fernandinho isn't the quickest yet he's one of the best at what he does for us.
Weigl is only 22/23 and has the world at his feet. With the right coaching from pep (which I think he'd get if he came to us), he'd be up there as one of if not the best defensive midfielder in 5 or so years time.

Fernandinho is not slow! Not fast either - but the bare minimum of pace required on the Prem.

A must buy in the summer.
He's very good and would be a perfect addition to Pep's City but there won't be another Xavi in our lifetime

There won't be; it was just a comparison to point out that Weigl is a completely distinct and special type of player just as Xavi was a distinct and special type of player.
