Isn't he frozen out at QPR at the minute and probably available for nowt (bar his wages of course) in Jan?

I dont believe Cesar has been frozen out because he's shit. He's a very good keeper as we discovered last year. He's being kept out the team cos he's on a fortune and they're trying to force him out the door.

Id have him, if not just to push Joe harder than pants does.
