Julio Cesar in Jan?

A very good option but it will be very harsh on Pants if we did sign Cesar in January.
 
I would definitely feel more confident with Cesar than hart in goal..Cesar proved his class already and doesn't piss the bed in big games ..he was great in the confederations cup..and an impressive penalty save as well..

Why ? The guy said he wants to leave. We just need to find someone who wants to buy him.

Doubt Cesar will be his replacement though.

It is dependant on whether Pants will be given a run in the side between now to the start of the January window.

Agreed, that is why Pants needs to be given the chance in the next two months to prove he could be our no.1 keeper. That could mean though we'd be in the market for a number 2 keeper in January , if Joe wants to move on to give himself game time for inclusion in the World Cup squad.

I think it's more dependant on whether we can rustle up a buyer. We failed miserably in the summer. I like the lad but he's not a top 4 keeper.
 
If we sold either Pants or Hart in January then why not. The only problems is giving him assurances that he will be the first choice with the World Cup at the end of the season or him wanting to stay in London.
 
He's just not good enough anymore, especially as he's moving to be first choice somewhere. The QPR fans I know all agree that he makes the occasional wonder save but he's not as reliable as Rob Green (pretty damning)
