We are a very good team, its not the tactics imo but it is the players.
we can never start off a game with a high tempo and dominate, it doesnt matter what formation we play. it doesnt help that we have a captain who is our keeper. we have no one to lead by example on the pitch. Even under Hughes alot of the times we had the same problem of starting slow until we were down and we would play much better.
i think a 442 is what we need to play. we were kicking the ball to tevez in the air and we never retained the ball once. cruz or ade need to be up front with tevez.
Richards hasnt looked too great at rb and zab is also inconsistent. i still would like to see toure there. it would give us a captain on the pitch again and he has nice dribbling ability.
De jong and barry in the middle with johnson and bellers on the wings.
