Just to echo Ray Wilkins sentiments

Loved the way it was "such a fantastic cross from Ryan Giggs"

Oh right, well maybe next time he should try picking a teammate out instead?

pissed myself when he said that. no united player was within 10 yards of the cross & park had to run like fuck to just about save it going out for a goal kick.

I did have a chuckle at his pro-United comments during the match. There they are, getting bummed by Newcastle, and he's praising Giggs for a stray ball to Welbeck. Apparently then it was the forward's fault for not running fast enough, in the 88 minute of the match, onto a through ball that the keeper had before the forwards had chance to move. Never Giggs' fault in Wilkins' world it would seem.

Way I see it, he wasted almost every ball he played going forward, and offered nothing defensively. He was poor, and Wilkin's commentary was as abysmal.

Some credit though to Yorke in the post match summary, he actually make a couple of good points and gave Newcastle their due.

Even though he's far from impartial Ray seems a really agreeable chap who I'd enjoy having a pint with

We can't hate everybody with a united connection

Its not that, Neville he is the best pundit on Sky, talks sense and is very fair
Wilkins on the other hand just talks utter drivel

This is a good one;

"Bolton look like a really good side under Owen Coyle. I must say, they pass it well. They have a goal threat and they have some very good technical footballers in their ranks. I wouldn't be surprised to see them challenging for a Europa League spot this year, Rob, I have to say."
Liverpool then set-about making Bolton look like amateurs and establish a 3-0 lead.
"I think Bolton are going to struggle this year, Rob, I have to say. I was worried about them before the season started and I'm worried about them a tad more after today, I have to say. My word, they're all over the place and lack a goal threat. I think it could be a long, hard season for Owen. Though Owen is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet, I have to say."

Talk about a condescending contradicting hypocrite

Is that real? Is there a video of it??
