I don't understand all this finished stuff though. We're still City. If we're amazing we're City same as if we're crap. We're going to have to all get used to following a mediocre team for a bit and hope we'll improve. That's all. Still love the club.
 
How many more times is Pep going to claim he will find an answer before he actually does. Very lacklustre tonight and the derby on Sunday, might actually lose to United..

Gundogan - Spent force
Walker - Spent force
De Bruyne - Not the player he was
Ederson - Wanted a Saudi payoff in the summer and head not in it.
Foden - Lost It

Defence? Couldn't pick up a runner from deep if they tried.
Attack? too slow - Not sharp enough. If you've got a big guy up front at least cross to him on occasion.

Houston we have a huge fucking problem.

Pedestrian, upped it for a bit after we went one down but too many players look like they are going through the motions.

We are lacking any physicality or intensity, and we look devoid of ideas.

Pep has surely got to have a change of strategy and put in one or two players that have the ability to get around the park (not Nunes - fuck me he was on for 5 minutes and moaned about no-one to pass to when he could have just put a bit of fucking effort in and run with the ball).

Don’t want to hear any sound bites from Pep or the players tonight or ahead of the derby - start doing your talking on the pitch once again lads.
 
Injuries and recruitment. The two biggest reasons for this spiral. Squad needed a proper recycling after the treble. Areas in the squad that had poor coverage and no effort was made to rectify.

This is on the entire club. Txiki, Pep and players.
 
awful result given what this means for the qualification. top8 chances are fully gone, best we can hope is finish as high up between 9th and 24th as we can, but imo beating PSG in Paris is nonsense in this for and no signs at all if form improving, while the mustt win Bruge game can now easily go as the Feyenoord game went maybe only a draw.

we are likely to finish this between 17th and 24th meaning we start at home in the playoff tie and vs someone that finishes higher which likely more decent club. maybe Juventus again as expect them now to be somewhere along 9-14th.

we knew what to expect from Juventus and they brought exactly that, good defending, lot of blocks, very few attacks on counter. Grealish, Bernardo were both awful creating nothing, Doku piss poor as well.

Pep imo does not know how to fix current slump, we commit same mistakes match after match. this is just gonna get us another shit result vs the rag while dippers, Arse and Chelsea win their games and start to open a gap on us, a bigger one.
 
Fook this comp off our only priority is top 4.

We must play 2/3 kids now. Enough loyalty from pep to the old guard. We need to look forward

Our wingers don’t even get a constant run of games. What player in the world would be hitting form to the level you are expecting when they are in and out constantly.
