Reminds me of a Jamaican nurse I worked with in scrubs. She went back home on ‘holiday’ for 2 weeks then went on the sick for a year. We sacked her and were forced to reinstate her with full pay because her uncle who was a gp gave her a belated sick note. Went to court and she won. She came back to work and was the daddy of prison healthcare.
