Curious about Ortega starting. Generally I think longer spell for him as starting GK been long overdue and hes doing fine. But Im still angry with him for the weekend. Many blamed Walker for second Crystal Palace goal and hes not faultless, but I mainly blame Stefan. He has to come off the goal line and at least punch out such a cross. But Im afraid its his Achilles heel due to physical conditions.

Thought he should have saved the first goal too.

Just lookin' at Juve's league form in Italy .... they seem to be enjoying drawing games this season, which might yet turn out to be something of a 'pointer' for Citys visit there tonight ...... of the 15 games played in serie A so far, they have won 6, drawn 9, and haven't yet lost!

They've only conceded 10 goals too .... which is the 'joint best' in Serie A together with Napoli and Fiorentina.

There are already seven teams who can only get to 10 points, with another couple likely to join them tonight. If we beat Bruges at home to add to our 8 points and we are through even if we lose to PSG and Juventus.

And if we can't beat Bruges at home at the end of January with players back (hopefully), we won't get through the play-offs anyway .....

We're out of the coca cola thingy so an extra couple of games is no extra spoke in the wheel.

As for who we draw in the extra game, well we'll get who we get. Could be a hard game followed by Breast for all we know.

We have shown the ability to beat ANYONE on the day, even this season, and even during this bad spell.

All depends on who shows up and whether we put away our chances.

They’ve got a few decent players and one of them is their striker. Let’s hope we do show up!

I'm sorry but even with really large blue specs and your glass overflowing you can't come to the conclusion that a run of 9 games with 6 losses, 2 draws and just one win is evidence we can beat anyone!
