Most impressive thing today, and tbh the last two games despite the lesser opposition is the intensity.

Reijnders looks quality, Ait Nouri looks like he’ll be a god send on that left, and Cherki looks like he’ll grow and grow into a top player for us.

But even barring the new boys the others look like competent new men with more energy and enthusiasm. I think the new coaching team and Pep sidekicks will prove to be just as important as any signings this summer.

Bigger tests to come obviously but that was fun and the most I’ve enjoyed watching us for a good 12-18 months

Well we can all see the effects on the team with rodders back, I can’t believe the difference with haaland.
Gone from that lazy can’t be arsed attitude to that hungry front footed striker we all love. The new lads have definitely lifted a team that was drained and lacking that winning mentality in that heat aswell.
I can’t fault anyone infact Nunez impressed
Me the most in that right back role but they were all brilliant.
Great to see sav finally hit the net and what a player we have in ait nouri.
Cherki and rienders look really good.
Exciting times.

Pep's tactics were never the problem.
The lack of pace, press and movement was.
Early days but this looks so so promising.
We look like we've goals all over the pitch again.
Just wait till this team really clicks into gear.

Fair fecks to DAZN

If BBC, ITV or Sky were of any use , they'd have been at this tournament.
Its crazy that England are in the Euro U21 tournament and 2 PL teams are in the CWC and there is not a bit of enthusiasm shown by these channels and we are left with DAZN , C5 , 5ACTION, 4seven and Channel 4 for football coverage of these 2 major footballing events.

Those channels including TNT are too invested in the rags and red scousers,to cover a tournament that they aren’t involved in ..
