flying out of manchester 0630 on the morning of the game few hours in turin, off to the game and fly straight back, could be back before the pubs shut which seems really wierd.

are you going on the trip with city and thomas cook mate ??

Looking forward to it - train arrives in Turin just after noon on matchday and meeting up with some mates who are coming over from Manc. Staying at the San Pablo along with a few others on here - should be a cracker.

Is there a bar at the San Pablo? I've been having a look online and I can't see one.

Still cant understand the reluctance of City to ask for a further allocation of tickets.
Juve are out & it wil be half empty. There are plenty of Blues who couldn't get a ticket.
In the Juve end myself, next to the City fans, so will hop over the fence to annoy you.

more than half empty ... this match is in consequent to them .. and also it being a weekday .. i expect it to be pretty dull on the home side ...

-- Thu Dec 09, 2010 12:40 pm --

you can buy tickets at the online juve store .. very easy .. or in the local shops here in turin .. i got 1 myself yesterday ..15 bucks at the away end .. i will be sitting thr with my city shirt and cap .. lets see how they tek it :D

To be honest, it doesn't seem like much of a trip.

Juventus will put out a scratch side, City will be seriously understrength, too, but good enough to win.

The stadium will do well to have more than 10,000 in it.

Can't help but think many got carried away with the romantic notion it is Juventus of yesteryear and the prestige of the trip.

san pablo is near the politecnic university with no pubs nearby .. u would have to tek trams 15 or 16 or a taxi to the center for that ... it is like 3-4 kilometers from the center i would say

Not sure mate I didn't book it and also can't find anything on-line. I'm sure we'll find a bar.
