Kaka - Free Agent?

Kaka is still a top footballer, been really unlucky with injuries since at Real and never given a run in the team even when fit. He was still showing glimpses of brilliance last season, maybe his legs have gone but he's still a phenomenal player. If he could prove his fitness and take a wage cut then I think he'd be a great asset. Sad to see such a brilliant footballer just fade away.

Completely agree. He was never reliant on pace and his vision and technique haven't deserted him. Would be worth a Hargreaves/Pizarro style gamble. Would probably be very beneficial to youth development and attracting young talent to.

Love the player, would be fantastic to see him rediscover some of his old form. Just look a Pirlo - people wrote him off

Kaka eager for AC Milan return
January 17, 2013

Kaka has said he will do whatever it takes to move back to AC Milan after declaring he is unhappy at Real Madrid.

Kaka has struggled to make an impact at Real Madrid
The 30-year-old has endured a torrid time since moving to the Spanish capital for €68.5 million back in 2009, undergoing surgery on his knee and falling victim to countless injuries.

He has made just seven league appearances under Jose Mourinho this term and told Sky Italia he hopes Real and his former club Milan can agree to his return.

"It is not a good situation neither for me nor Real," said the Brazilian. "If they come to an agreement with Milan it is good for me and good for them.

"I'm ready to do everything to come back to Milan. I have had some beautiful moments in Milan, I have friends there."

He added on Twitter: "For me it is a delicate situation. If Madrid and Milan reach an agreement, I am willing to make a sacrifice to return."

However, speaking earlier on Wednesday, Milan's Adriano Galliani said that moves for both Kaka and David Beckham - also subject to rumours he could make his own reappearance with the San Siro club - are highly unlikely.

"Kaka is impossible, as his wages are the problem," said the vice-president. "David Beckham is a suggestion. However, I'd say it is 99.9% unlikely to happen."

Spanish newspaper Marca has suggested Kaka may instead secure a transfer to Fluminense, who apparently could match his reported €10 million salary.

Of the rumour, former Brazil international Ronaldo said: TV "Kaka to Fluminense - I am not saying that I think he will go or he will not. There is something, but they need to reach an agreement."

Talk about daylight robbery though, he joins Real for £56m in the summer of 2009 and then returns to Meelan for free 3 and a half years later.

£91m saved me thinks...

Just think, someone could snap up kaka and sniejder for about £10,000,000 . Wages would be a bit though but still be great signings for someone like qpr.

Can you imagine the press if this was us - a 60m player sold for peanuts after 2 years ! (and we were quoted more) - no one seems to be batting an eyelid !
Even Pep makes his mistakes (Dmytro Chygrynskiy was signed for €25 million from Shaktar Donestk and returned to Ukraine a year later at a loss of less than €10 million.

Galliana apparently flying in to Madrid on Tuesday in order to re-sign Kaka for AC Milan.

Galliani: "If we can agree on a better price, and be ready for sacrifices, then the deal for Kaka will be made. There's a wall right now called 'wages' but the love for Ricky is an eternal one. There will be no other signings."

AC are the masters of getting a good deal, it makes me want to vomit.

Sell a player for nearly 60mil and get him back on a free a couple of years later on less wages than when they sold him.

Unbelievable.

10 million a year!

What the actual F***

No way will Milan be able/want to afford that. Can't see it being on a free either, not even Madrid's accountants could cook that having paid 58 Mill!

Take my advice as well - Never go back! lol
