kaka still on?

Within the last 12 hours, Vital Manchester City has heard that the Kaka deal might just materialise.

Fact

Man City Chief Executive, Garry Cook and his advisors were perilously close to signing the AC Milan forward, however, after intense negotiations with his father and his trusted advisors, the reported £108million deal feel through - even though the Italian club were prepared to sell the Brazilian for the said fee.

Rumours

Rumours within the British and Italian press suggest the deal was put off during the January transfer window, simply because the 26-year-old wanted to see out the rest of the 2008/09 season with the Italian giants.

Possibility

City ace Robinho is in daily contact with his soul mate from South America and should he get his way, Kaka will become a Manchester City player well before the new season begins.

How do you win things without class players...chicken and egg.

Basically what you're saying is all the best players should go to the top four. If Kaka went to United, it's no different to being at Milan. Where is the challenge?
