last week somebody put on a thread that you could get 10/1 on blue sq for Kaka to play in the prem in 2009. Well i'd just like to say that blue sq have stopped the betting on that so i wonder if they know something!!!!!!!!

There was a thread on here earlier today about that. I put £50 on shortly after. I think someone else then went on to do the same, and it is now not on the website.

I wouldn't read too much into it tho!

Well there were about 6 people on here who put £25+ bets on. Including myself.

with these novelty bets the bookmaker will often only run them until they have collected a certain amount of money, then they close off the book.

also, you cannot usually get more than a few quid on them unless one of their market makers (not the regular customer service bet taker) weighs up their exposure and risk, and will approve a larger bet.
