I think its naive to think there's zero substance to this Koulibaly rumour. Both Jose and Castles have good information regarding City transfers. Jose clearly gets snippets from Aguero and Duncan has been bang on with our stuff before.
I still find the French Lb “100% claim” unusual mate considering thst he’s just signed a new deal with Angers literally weeks ago. It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, unless you heard about him before the new extension.
Assuming then, Almada and our current options will replace Sane on the left etc?

We were going sign Nouri in Jan for £30m & loan him back until the summer. But then he got injured & the Pandemic happened. So his value became like £15m max...
Nouri is happy where he is, he's a starter, So if a club really wants him they'll pay his fair value.

All his 'ITK info' on City's interest to this or that young players can be found on twitter, he just compiles rumours and presents them as inside info.Well there we go, "100%" is definitive.
