Obviously we know that he is a city player. There is no anxiety / flapping that there will be a u turn.

But Why not look forward to the announcement ?

I Look forward to the interview - Rob pollard conducts interviews well. How the player sees himself fitting in, what he can bring to the team in his words and how excited the player is for joining city.
 
One of my bitter Leeds acquaintances, who claims to be in the know, is saying that Phillips has failed his medical. I hope it’s a wind-up. It would be a pity for the lad and we would be missing out on a very good player.

I very much doubt he wound be wearing a city hoodie (which he was) before he had a medical and subsequently signed.
