Yep, it's from a dipper fan (I think) called Wayne Veysey and the FootballInsider website (which he set up after failing as an actual journalist). He actually states it would need to be an initial loan in January, ignoring Jack Grealish already being there.
 
Only time I thought he looked comfortable in a city shirt is when he played CB.

And that was preseason so doesn’t count.
