Does Fluminese maintaining 20% of his economic rights amount to third party ownership?

I dunno. It could perhaps mean 20% of a future sale? Or maybe not.

Assume this is lost in translation or slightly incorrect info. It does imply 3rd party ownership but fairly sure thats not allowed.

In South America & Portugal they often use that phrase when they mean a sell on %. I think it's a hangover from the TPO days because until FIFA banned it, every kid on the up had multiple owners.
