Yaya could always win us the match when he was in the mood. Merlin could always win us the league whether he was in the mood or not.
 
Takes him up to 10 years at City along with Kompany, Silva and Aguero.

He could be our most decorated player by the time he leaves so it looks like we might be commissioning another statue in a few years.

David Silva was miles more influential on more games and over a longer period than Yaya Toure.
 
We should of sold him for 180 million and lifted the net spend cup, because at the end of the day my friends, that is all that matters. Just kidding, long live the ginger prince!

He was, I agree. But when it came to raising their game to the highest level of performance, I think Yaya is #1 out of everyone we’ve had. Even above Kun and de Bruyne.
