I worked in a kebab shop many moons ago. Never ate them before i worked there...........but i certainly would not eat them since i worked there.........erm they probably wont kill you, but all is not what it seems to be in your kebab lol.

Go to Hadjis order yourself a chiken tikka,
Whilst your waiting have a couple of meat samosas in a tray,with a bit of chilli sauce and a bit of mint raiata.
Then when your freshly cooked chicken tikka is served to you on a huge nan bread, ask for an extra dollop of chilli sauce, extra chillis,and a generous serving of mint raiata over your salad and chicken.
Then just enjoy.

My mouth is literally watering with anticipation reading the comments produced thus far!
Chicken Tikka is also a fave of mine in pitta adrencehed with chilli sauce.
The key to a good kebab imo is the sauce!
