This isn't based on FM. Guillem Balague really rates him and reckons he's the 'last promising Brazilian left in Brazil' and reckons he'll be at a big club soon. Worth a go?

I would love city to look for young talent particularly from Brazil if theres any chance he could be the 'Next Ronaldo' He should be signed up because that would make us great.

totally agree, we should be looking for the next big thing no matter what the nationality
 
People get slated for looking at fm wonderkids and posting on here as if they watch them week in week out but if hughes could do that then send a huge network of scouts out to look at these fm wonderkids we would have more than needed to make a winning team. They really do put so much detail into the attributes of the youngsters.
