Or do you mean "that a boy is at most 19 years old" in general terms rather than this particular lad?

A MRI test gives a 99% probability of someone being 17 years old +/- 2 years.
If the first MRI scan was in July 2012 that means that Iheanacho was at most 19 years old almost 1,5 years ago.
He also passed the latest scan in November 2013.

Which means that at most he is 17,5 years old with 99% certainty.

BTW: I'm not riled up. Just wanted to put the overage issue to rest.
