Kelechi Iheanacho

He was showing signs of becoming a star under Pellegrini... can't wait to see what Pep does with him. Hope he is able to get playing time somewhere

He needs game time for me. He's hot loads wrong with his game imo. But he won't get it in our team until the League Cup.

He'll have a job keeping Jesus from being #2 striker at this rate imo.

Can you expand on that comment please?

Iheanacho has a quality that clubs pay tens of millions for - he's an instinctive finisher and his movement in the area is superb. Of course he's not the finished article yet but I'm sure Pep will be working on that in training. It's great news that he's signed a long and improved contract.
 
Great news to hear one of the youngsters getting a contract extension. I just hope he manages to get some game time with all the new talent coming in too. Certainly the future's looking bright.
