Little odd we have this exact thread in the "General" forum and "Transfer" forum.

Maybe should be merged?

I found some older articles where Rodgers was saying he thought it expired at the end of next season, but I also found this which says it has already expired. I'm not sure how good of a source it is, but they make it sound pretty matter of fact.

It was certainly not because they felt he did not have the quality, hence the inclusion of a now-expired £50m buy-back clause in his deal.

Pretty much, his smile cannot compete, but he has some top banter with Kel :>
(He has enrolled at the uni, Kel is his best mate, got married fairly recently and seems happy in the group)
It was Wilf who gave Kel his recent #seniorman tag
He is also improving his game outside of his defensive side.

With Kante though was like having someone to worry about, he was so small and shy (there is a story goes when he first turned up) and his car, he was just super likeable.

He seems to carry the ball well which is something I never associated with him. That and his tireless work rate and defensive ability.

If we didn’t have Rodney then I’d be pleading
 
Proper happy how he's been able to perform this second half of the season, Always a very likeable guy.

Personally don't think he'll ever be back at city, think that somewhere like Leicester is perfect for him.
 
We have an option on him don't we? I would be very tempted. Pefect Pep player. Not just a finisher but an all round footballer.
