Is there nothing more British than black and brown people having mixed families with white people and then peddling cynical divide and rule racism?
I can think of many things considerably more British than that, in fact I don't recognise that as a uniquely British thing at all. Besides, isn't "cynical divide and rule racism" all about race as a social construct? A white social construct, devised by whites, with whites at the top? You know, the "white man's burden", the "moral" justification for all that divide and rule white on black exploitation.
Race as a social construct, devised by whites to keep the "black race" down, whatever the f**k that is, chimes perfectly with Dawn Butler sharing that Twitter post describing Kemi Badenoch as "the most prominent member of white supremacy's black collaborator class".
But haven't we just finished celebrating black history month? What were we celebrating? A white supremacist social construct?
Kemi Badenoch was born into a well heeled Nigerian family, Dawn Butler was born and raised here by Jamaican immigrant parents, but despite this they should obviously share the same world view, right? What with being black and all....
Of course they don't....
Whereas Dawn Butler is proud of the melanin....
Kemi Badenoch is "the most prominent member of white supremacy's black collaborator class"
And why?
Because a pervasive orthodoxy has gripped the left, now there is only one permissible view on race, one permissible view on gay rights, women's rights and child safeguarding, one permissible view on class, on British history and culture, patriotism and national identity, one permissible view on virtually everything.
Anyone who does not mouth the permissible view is motivated by hate and racism, probably both and as for Kemi Badenoch? She's doubly guilty as a traitor to her skin colour.
