Are you not aware that everyone on here knows exactly what Cook and Kenyon do and are therefore in a position to appraise Cheif Execs.
We feel Kenyon has over promised and under delivered and his time keeping isnt up to much

His decision to leave Man Utd is even more of a surprise as he is a self-confessed United fan.

Of course you are right, this is a message board and anything can be discussed.
I doubt that anyone is actually qualified to assess them though because most if not all of their work goes on behind the scenes.
An example of this would be say, if someone said to you Blackburns MD is the best in the league, now i don't know who this is, and i don't know if he is doing a good or bad job, but people on here would say because they aren't in the top 4 and havent signed Messi that he mustnt be that good
