Would be good for him to join a team that has energetic runners in midfield that will be able to take the burden off him and he can just focus on being a forward player.
We don't know anything about it, but you condemn the club regardless. We dont know if it was discussed if he would take a lower wage or not, at the moment i feel sad he is being booted out after all he has given us, the way it has been done doesnt impress me at all

This is it in a nutshell. I think a few people are struggling to let go.It is my view that this special player has given all he has to give to our club. He has helped to turn us into possibly the greatest team that English football has ever seen. I believe that it is now time for him to leave us and allow someone else to pick up the mantle. He will be remembered as a true great because of what he has done, and remembered as a true great because our memories of him will be of what he achieved and what a player he was, not one remembered as a fading star who went on too long. What a player - an absolute superstar of the game.
That’s why letting him go is I think a mistake. He could play the Pirlo role for years yet if we buy Jude and Wirtz and A N Other who can do his running for himWould be good for him to join a team that has energetic runners in midfield that will be able to take the burden off him and he can just focus on being a forward player.
He likes to get his point across, doesn't he? Remember the "Let me talk" episode? His comments don’t surprise nor bother me, he’s never been the most subtle and usually says what he thinks without much of a filter.
Or sell the women’s team to themselves again…All they’d need to do is sell a hotel
What’s he said that’s so bad? I was at the game yesterday so didn’t see any interviews, but all I’ve seen reported is that he said (when asked the question) he was surprised not to be offered a new contract - don’t see he’s said anything wrong there
Don’t think I would ever consider the people running City as stupid. Mistakes or misjudgement happenThis shows once again how ruthless or stupid the people running City are, on and off the pitch.
Even with our (best) players, just like the fans, they keep them and us in the dark until the make a decision.
He has been one of our greatest ever players, but he’s not that same player anymore. This whole thing makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach. If he goes to another Prem club, my hunch is that it will be Liverpool - he has an affinity with them. Seeing Kev play against us for anyone, let alone Liverpool, isn't something I ever thought I'd see. Just doesn't feel right.
No time for that in this league, he would get steamrolled by any half decent midfield. He'd be a great holding midfield player, spraying passes all over the pitch, and allowing Rodri to push forward more next season. City obvioulsy don't see that. Or if they do, they have decided not to take up that role and option for Kev.
