He could score 2 worldies next week but it wouldn’t change the fact he’s miles past his best and is only going to decline further over the next 12 months
That's a fair comment. We know that Kev can still play brilliantly in moments and for short periods. He is a genius. But let's be honest it is a long time since he has provided a 90-minute performance against an elite side. Time waits for no one. We need to give him a great send-off next week. He has been one of our greatest ever.

Bullshit rumour. There’s no chance Liverpool cough up his wage demands.
Absolutely no offence to Kev, he’s perhaps our greatest player but in his current state, he wouldn’t get in their starting line up, they didn’t want to pay the best player in the league what he wanted, they’re not going to pay Kev the same.

Baffling isn’t it? … he looked his age today, trouble is there’s nobody capable of his moments of magic?
He’s looked his age the last 18 months bar the odd game or two. I do think he may do us good coming off the bench in games today tho.

I’ll be giving Kev the royal send off he deserves after the Bournemouth game, but, to anyone, media included, who don’t see the current KDB, just go watch a replay of this match. Every dead ball, every attempted forward pass(except one to Haaland) FAILED !

Pep saw when Nico was having a mare and pulled him, but he can’t see the same with KDB ?

Sentiment, I'm guessing. Any rational person can see that his best days are a distant memory now. I'll remember him for his peak years (2018 - 23), not what he has now become.

KDB's City career is nearing it's end.

I think we are all hoping he can just go out in a blaze of glory, he's been an unbelievable player for us.

He's obviously going to play in all of the remaining fixtures, I really hope he can find some form, get us top 5 and help us win next saturday, but the reality today he was really poor.

I don't think he will start against Palace. Look at the line-up vs Forest. He may come on as a sub.
