I was on holiday with my ex bird(no pics) in Greece, when walking past this bar..I glanced up at a screen and looked up in disbelief at seeing KK holding a City scarf aloft. I nearly jizzed misen on the spot. To say I was happy was an understatement. All holiday I'd be pissed up shouting 'LOVE IT! LOVE IT!!' That was one of them scratching my head moments thinking how the fuck have we got him. Top man who's always had time for the people. Good luck KK, you can smash this bastard!

As voiced in another thread. Fact city didn’t mention this or send him best wishes at the game yesterday was frankly pathetic in my view (again I apologise if I missed anything but 99% sure I didn’t)

I know they tweeted but that is not enough. Keegan was a big part of city’s history and a hugely popular figure (as highlighted in this thread)

I hope he makes a full recovery. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer last year at 62 so I know how cruel it can. Sending best wishes to him and his family.

we bought my dad his first season ticket when special K was in charge. He loved the football having never cared about the game prior.

A particular special k moment of mine is when he would say there is a lot of soul searching to do at this club. I.E give me more money to spend!

Great man and I wish him all the best

Kev was from my town doncaster, lived in balby and Armthorpe, was turned down by doncaster rovers and Coventry for being to small. Went to scunthorpe utd where I had family and went to watch scunny v Peterbrough and he was scunthorpe best player by a mile. Then he went to Liverpool and they say the rest is history

Wishing him all the very best in his battle with this **** of a disease.

Will always be grateful for the Spurs away FA Cup game. We also played some awesome football under him.

It’s another battle Kev and a lot of supporters are behind you, well respected player, manager, and human being.

A lot of great memories of those times under KK. A great man.

My uncle Keith knew him from schoolboy football in Doncaster. Said he was a really good kid even back then. He also claimed he was a better player than KK at the time!

Donny people are very fond of Kevin but so I guess are lots of folk across the world.

If character, determination and the good will of others make a difference then KK will beat this.

Get well soon KK. He gave us all hope back when we all needed it supporting the best team in the land and all the world. Keep fighting! We're all praying for you. CTWD
