Good food shouldn't do that. KFC is not good food. It's fast food. Like McD, Wimpy, Burger King etc etc...you want decent chicken that won't give you the shits? Go to a proper restaurant.

Not a fan of chicken on the bone, so I always just go for popcorn chicken, or poppin chicken, or whatever they call the tiny chicken nuggets. I'm sure they're made of the worst parts of chicken, but I'm not that bothered, as long as I don't have to eat it off the bone. Generally avoid KFC though as it's just not great, I normally just go to local takeaways instead tbh, I'd rather have a dirty burger and chips from any random shop
