I’m not sure whether it’s Pep or Khaldoon that’s a tough call

It really isn't. Pep is the most important person at the football club. He benefits from the money that is there and the structure that is in place but he'd be a success regardless. He succeeded at Bayern and they were, and seemingly still are a shit show. If Khaldoon goes, Pep will still tell people what he needs and what he wants and if they don't make that happen then he'll deal with it and do something else, as he has done.
