As much as I would like to see all these arseholes shot on sight I really don't think confrontation on the streets will achieve anything except to increase the tension. Some really good cameramen photographing everyone on the street for identification would suffice. The thought police can pay them a visit when things have calmed may give them something to think about.
The parents of these scrotes should then be charged with the costs of the damage their little darlings have caused. It is the only way I can see the so called parents being forced into being responsible for the shite they brought into the world.
