Kids advice ?

No problemn with my daughter now 11 but my son at 8 whose now 10 under his cousins influence mentioned what woud happen if he supported scum."Well" i said."pack ur bags and live with your aunty"and while your at it"leave your xbox, playstation and wii".
He saw the light and his cousin is banned from the house.

Bring him down to your solicitor and show him the contents of your last will and show him the 'Big But' if he decides to join the dark side

My Dad just said that if I decided to support them, he would have forced me to go to Maine Road and then left me in the middle of Moss Side, easy decision!

good idea

As he's only four, you can use this method: Get hold of a united shirt, t-shirt, scarf, hat................any kind of raggy merchandise will do.

Whenever he acts up or is generally naughty, make him stand in the corner/on the naughty step (or whatever) sobbing his eyes out whilst wearing said raggy merchandise. He will then forever associate the rags with pain, sadness, heartache and loneliness and will want nothing whatsoever to do with them for the rest of his life.

This tactic was actually used on a mate of mine when he was a nipper (but unfortunately it was done with a City shirt as his dad was a rag). Regardless, it does actually work.

Mate's nephews 7 & 5 (7 y/o went to cup SF) were always bought City kits by their mum & dad, uncle & grandad. 5 y/o said he wanted to support the dark side and this went on for about 6 months until his mum (not a big football fan), in sympathy, bought him some red and white team branded pyjamas. He took one look at them and said 'I'm not wearing those'. Next time my mate went round the 5 y/o asked him to help him cut the pj's up, turns out he's city through and through but was winding the rest of the family up because his big brother was allowed to go to the games but he was still a bit young and could only go if mum & dad went too. Cheeky, but shows he's got his own personality.

A couple of years ago before my boy really took any interest in football I told him time and time again that the rags cheat in every game they played. He's never forgotten and will always tell any united fan he meets the same!

Tell him that if he supports the scum he will be abandoned on an island with only himself for company, as he is 4 he would believe you and will support City

Tough choice mate, i have a lad (now 19) who before he started school did his best to emulate dad. started school when utd started hitting the big time. I came home from work to his mum nudging him saying "go on ask him, dont be scared".

Son says "dad kids are making fun of me because i support city, is it ok if i support utd" I told him it's up to him. Give him his dues he is a proper rag. Never goes to a game, knows fuck all about footie and a tosser

Nice one, that gave me the biggest laugh of the day.Cheers.
