MATCH TICKET COLLECTION POINT
The ticket collection point is located at the Radisson Blu Kyiv, Yaroslaviv Val Street 22, 01054 Kyiv.
We will be located in the Tourist Office in reception. Members of the Supporter Services team and MCFC stewards will be available to assist. The hotel is located 5-minutes from the Golden Gate, a medieval city entrance. Other nearby attractions include the National Opera House and St Sophia Cathedral. Tickets can be collected as follows:
Tuesday 23 February:4pm until 7pm (local time)Wednesday 24 February:12pm until 8.45pm (local time)There will be no opportunity to collect tickets once the facility is closedYou will need to present the passport that you have used to travel and this email confirmationOther ID or photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstancesWe will only issue tickets to the individuals that they have been allocated toFor the avoidance of doubt all supporters that have purchased a ticket must be present at the ticket collection point, with their own passport otherwise tickets will not be released, this includes juniors
Your ticket is not transferable and ticket points will be awarded within 7-days of the match being played for supporters that collect in destination. Any tickets not collected will not receive a refund nor will the ticket points be awarded.
There is a café/bar which all supporters are welcome to use along with access to toilets. We ask that you respect the staff and guests of the hotel whilst collecting your tickets.
As your Supporter Liaison Officer, I along with members of the Safety & Security team will be in Kyiv to assist with any issues you may have in relation to tickets, travel or general questions.
