Just to be clear, if the transfer deals were already concluded, there is nothing the club can do.
It isn't a matter of 'waiting for them to unveil them'. The FA releases the information on the transfer to the Premier League and FIFA, who in turn alert the press through leaks. If they had signed already, we would already know about it.
