Sheikh Mansour has an honorary knighthood. It’s pretty standard for high ranking royals of Britain’s allies - generally don’t have to do a great deal to get it.

I don't believe in knighthoods or any other title. Be it Earl, Duke, Marquis etc.

Lots of people have turned down knighthoods like David Bowie Tom Finney etc.
