Anyone been having a spot of bother with castaway???

Can't get anything to work since Thursday

Who is your ISP and what type of speeds are you getting?

I'm with Virgin and am getting about 70+Mbps

I've been using A Firestick for a while now and many of my streams for SS or BT either stop, buffer or slow down.

I've done a fair bit of research online and it varies as to what the problem is.

Is it the fact that a Firestick isn't as powerful as the Nvidia box or is it that the Firestick has a small cache?

It can't be the streams because I read others watching the same stream in crystal clear HD.

I haven't downloaded the bluemoon build solely because I'm thinking its taking up too much of the already small memory/cache.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Try clearing the cache and purging packages bud :)

Mine doesn't look like that. It still has the astronaut. Says I'm on 0.3.1 though?

My ISP is Virgin but i think Talk Talk took them over a while back so it's one or the other.

I think this has happen before and it sorted itself out but it's frustrating.

Simplest solution is probably to uninstall and reinstall castaway mate:)

Also as an alternative, I've downloaded Champion Sports which basically gives you the mamahd streams from sports devil and all prem games are working. The 3pm KOs anyway

Always found mamahd to be one of the most reliable. Not always the best pic but watchable

Zemtv still the best plugin for live footy the main problem is when you know what channel its on is finding them in iptv. Also been using opera vpn apk on my shield and been fine.
