I'm not sure if you are suppose to reset it to new, but I just re-ran the "Bluemoonwozard" rebooted and the update was done. No glitches so far.

Sorry - didn't explain myself very well. Was on the original build on Windows 10 but didn't know how to just update the build and whether I needed to do a fresh start. @fulabeer sorted me out though. Thanks to you both.
