What device are you using?

On Amazon fire

Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Kodi > Clear Cache > Clear Data

Have you got sky Sheild disabled?
Also what version of kodi?

i dont know the answers to those questions but thanks will look into it how do i turn off sky shield

It'll say your kodi version on main kodi screen, log in to your my sky account and look for sky shield and completely disable it, not to 18+, completely disable it. Then restart router and unplug the stick and plug bk in, if your not on kodi 17 unistalled your version and install that, hope this helps.
