Kodi/SPMC

I would appreciate a DM with recommendations or, referrals if you get something out of it, for a new IPTV supplier. My streams died over the weekend.

I'm using a TV Android box and don't want to play hunt the stream - I'm happy to pay a little £ to turn up and go.
 
I've a (K9) tv box which I haven't really used since my missus got it last year because:

A) Legals (?)
B) It deleted itself and I have to say it back up.

I get the impression that these boxes are becoming increasingly useless?

What can you use them for and are they legal?

Any good FAQs for setting it up again?

Getting content you haven't legally bought is pretty much always on the sketchy side of the law. Don't think anyone has been busted for streaming, torrents yes but I can't say I've seen anyone prosecuted for streaming football, films or TV. If you want to just get a VPN to protect yourself.
I personally recommend a good IPTV service for live sport/TV and something like real debrid for films and TV.
Probably set you back £15 p/m at most but that's the best setup you can get these days (bar a satellite system)
