Is this fella any good I've never herd of him until this forum started saying we were in for him ....

All transfers are a risk. More so when they haven't played in the PL but we have to trust the guys at City who identify and scout these players. I can't see us going for him if we didn't think he would cut it in the PL

That Skysports report suggest's that Lazio think that it's pretty much done, So it sound's like we are just waiting for an announcement our end

The delay is beginning to unsettle me. Taking too long.

The City is well advanced in negotiations, but focuses on the will of the Serbian Marotta. Ds Biancocelesti Tare: "With the English there will be developments over the next few hours." The Bianconeri dg hopes to be able to interpose between the parties. Drenthe alternative, Yago towards Valladolid
TURIN, July 22 - Of all the stories that we reserve transfers daily, that relating to Aleksandar Kolarov is one of the most evocative. And strange. Why is a view shared by many that the Serb is now a step away from agreement with Manchester City, but in Corso Galileo Ferraris think differently. It is, quite obviously, a critical voice. But it is one that is good to hear. First, because as authoritative and then informed on the facts.

CHALLENGE Sheikh - For as summarized in the title, Juventus "believes" you can get to the Serbian side. So to be able to win the tug of war with Sheikh Mansour. One summer in 2010 that has the appearance of the Berlusconi years' 1990 rather than dell'Abramovich first manner. Difficult to say at present whether such confidence is well placed, or whether it is excessive confidence in their persuasiveness. However we must not wait long to get answers to these questions. To clarify which of the two truths (irreconcilable) will have the comfort of the facts.

FROM ROME - Yesterday ds Biancocelesti Igli Tare, subject to declarations disinclined to effect said: 'With the City there are problems, we did everything there was to do. We are waiting for developments in the coming hours. The figures are not important, but the will of all parties. " Words that leave no room for doubt, key to interpretation. The agreement for the passage of Kolarov in the Premier League and then there would, according to sources close to what you suggest Lazio, the deal will close around 18 to 20 million (a couple could be related to the usual bonus). While the Serbs they should be on the 2.5 per season for the next five years.

FROM TURIN - At home Juventus are convinced that a direct contact between the City and Lazio was still there, in spite of the Italian journey of Brian Marwood, a confidant of Mansour. Especially it is emphasized that Kolarov (Edin Dzeko like to make another important example) have privately expressed their preference for Juve compared to "settle at the court of Roberto Mancini.

So basically, there are conflicting reports? Some think he's coming to us, some think he's off to Juve?
