Kolarov

I wouldnt shed a tear if he goes. He may have a good free kick on him but as someone said earlier his primary job is to defend and he aint too flash at that alot of the time
 
Can't do it at left back, hasn't got the pace. Which means he doesn't want to close down wingers like Valencia because he's afraid of getting skinned. Which means if they deliver a good ball it causes us problems, yet if he does try to close them down he gets skinned which also causes us problems.

I would try him out as a defensive midfielder like Barry, if that doesn't work out then yeah he's available to the highest bidder, nice guy though.

Im shaking my head in disbelief - This is Kolarov we're talking about here, the one at our club with two left feet, niether of which work and whose laces are tied together?

Improving?????!!!! You're either his mum, agent or getting confused.
Good grief - just move him on quickly and quietly fer nowt if that's what it takes.

Shame, as he seems a nice bloke, but he can't play football and that is a bit of a handicap in the trade he's in.

Unfortunately, he is perhaps the worst footballer in the league............has he tried teaching at a Comprehensive school? Looks like he might be good at that - just trying to help the lad.....................

chill mate. Its okay. He has been shit for us recently but he will come good. Even mourinho wanted him while he was at Lazio so it must mean that he has some decent quality. Plus he helped us comeback in the FA Derby. So I think hell do good with a run of games.

I was a massive kolarov fan when he signed thought he would be the perfect left back for us! But everytime i see him in a city shirt my opinion of his abilities gets worse! Wish him all the best but he simply cant defend!

It hurts me to say that I feel the same way. He seems like a good man and has the most powerful shot in the PL (and possibly the world)... but an occasional free kick goal is not enough, nor is an occasional acceptable defensive display.
Zabaleta is a far better left back than Kolarov, with Clichy being the best at the club.

I'm sure he'd have a brilliant career back in Italy though and would never wish him anything other than the best.
 
The lads good but his defending is woeful gets caught out of position too often,bad passing,no dribbling ability,not much balance and no pace.10 million is a good offer i say we take it and sell him and buy someone younger who actually can defend.

Probably bullshit but if they do come in with a decent offer I would sell, not good enough imo. We are out of the fa cup and probably the league cup so we can focus on the league this will enable clichy play every league match and zabaleta playing in the europa and cover if clichy gets injured.

Kolorov will be gone in the summer not before - we need the cover our squad is too thin and potentially Kolorov could get a medal
