I think he's got an injury and needs a minor op???
THis iis probably why Mancini is looking to bring in Gago.

He is not the only one not happy with him. He played OK last night but nothing special in a game we needed every player to be that little bit better. He needs to watch out when Vieira is fit.

not only was kompany immense, but are you sure you were watching the game? Kompany wasn't playing centre mid mate, so why Vieira?

Probably not but the poster was offering an opinion on an image that made him think. Whats wrong with that? Barry is a class act but needs to up his current game to at least his normal high level. He is looking outclassed in too many games at the present. I want to keep Barry but as our team gets stronger he could end up a squad player rather than one of the first names on the team sheet.

For me, it was Barry's fault Rooney was able to score. The ball was out wide, which is where Barry was. Nani, (I think), was allowed to cross and Barry made a half-hearted, (at best), attempt to block it. He should have fucking well launched himself at it, even risking crippling Nani. I was fuming with that attempt at a block, plus he didn't look arsed. I hope the players all soap-towelled him, Private Pile style.

I'm fairly certain I saw somewhere it saying that Barry has a hernia and requires and op but is having to play on as we don't have the numbers. This is why Bobby was trying to secure Gago/Flamini. Now that we've failed on that front I reckon Barry will have to play thru it until the summer.
