You don't get a statue for 4 or 5 years worth of good/great performances. Needs to be closer to 10 years. I'd have Fernandinho ahead of him in the queue.

Why has the best footballer since Woosnam not get statue right outside the main entrance. And one in Piccadilly gardens?

You have a strange mind IMHO the sculptures are world class it says a lot that the club just didn’t resort to the usual bronze look alike statue
Would love it if once Sergio’s is done they commission one of City legends to complement the modern legends, might have dreamt it but I seem to remember it being mooted

If you go to the Kelpies from Glasgow, look out for the sculpture Arria made by the same guy it’s next to the M80 near Cumbernauld.

Trautmann already has one but last time I saw it, it was located inside the players entrance.
